Refund policy

Status: 9 April 2026

This policy applies to purchases made in the EU shop of Yves Camani. It governs (1) the statutory right of withdrawal, (2) the voluntary return policy (30 days), as well as (3) return shipping costs/return labels and (4) the returns and warranty process.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Withdrawal Instruction

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example via our returns portal or by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding return costs of €5.50 in Germany and €6.50 in Europe, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period.

The return address and the return label are provided via the returns portal.

Compensation for Loss in Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items (for example engraving) and in other cases provided for by law.

2. Voluntary Return Policy (30 Days)

Scope of Service

Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant a voluntary return policy of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

Conditions

Goods must be new, unworn, undamaged, and complete (including accessories and packaging)
No personalized goods (for example engraving)
Initiation and processing exclusively via the returns portal

Legal Nature

The voluntary return policy is a voluntary service without legal entitlement and does not limit your statutory rights. We may amend or suspend this policy with effect for the future; for orders already placed, the version published at the time of ordering applies.

Refund

Under the voluntary return policy, we refund the price of the goods to the original payment method used. Original shipping costs are not refunded (the statutory regulation within the 14-day withdrawal period remains unaffected).

3. Return Shipping Costs & Return Label

Statutory Withdrawal (14 Days)

We charge a return fee of €5.50 within Germany and €6.50 within Europe. The return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Voluntary Coverage

In some cases, return shipping costs may be covered by us on a voluntary basis, without legal entitlement and at our discretion.

4. Returns and Warranty Process; Defects

Returns Portal (RMA Requirement)

Please initiate every return via our returns portal. There you will receive, depending on the case, the label, address, and further steps (RMA).

Packaging

Please use the original packaging where possible and protect the goods adequately during transport.

Defects / Manufacturer’s Warranty

If there is a manufacturing defect, our 3-year warranty applies, provided it is indicated for the product. In this case, no costs will be incurred by you for repair or replacement. Please also initiate the process via the returns portal. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
